In the waning days of 1999 a fever of anticipation besieged the world. Wether it was for fear of Y2k Armageddon or that foolish leaders would weave the people they lead through the needles eye of doom, catalysts were abound. A rare convergence between creative people was born in that time in a small house in Nyack New York called the Elf Village. In this house Hip Hop MC's gathered spontaneously spitting caustic warnings of the end while grind-core death metal musicians pounded and tweaked the knobs and dials of nearly obsolete electronic noise-making gadgets. The result was a magical beast called NEGATIVE FEEDBACK - and they were a beast. Whenever this amount of energy gathers in this small of an area ventilation becomes key to suppressing volatility. As a result of this ventilation a single album was recorded "Billhawikee Torture Tactics", but besides a single live performance the music on the album was never heard until now.
